David was one of my first favorite skaters. I remeber being so impressed with his style as a kid growing up in different parts of Sweden. Once I met him and we became friends almost 20 years ago I remeber his personality having an even bigger impact and influence on me. He was one of the most recognizable skaters in Sweden but he was only 12. He was definitely a bit arrogant and disrespectful but that just made him stand out more in my eyes. Since then a lot has happened and he’s evolved a lot. I think people all over the world sees the timelessness in him and his skateboarding now, but David has had that his whole life – Oski
