ORDERS

Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order.

PAYMENT

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.polarskateco.com. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments.

Contact shop@polarskateco.com with your reason for return, before shipping your item.
Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.

Please note: any shipping fees associated with purchases and returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please ship us the return with tracking information for your own protection. Polar Skate Co. is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost returns.

Upon receipt of goods, please allow for 10-15 business days before your refund is issued.

If you have purchased your item/items in any of our resellers, please contact them for returns.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Q: Will you ship to a PO Box?
A: At this time, our courier is unable to ship to PO boxes.
